Marinade the chicken with 3 tbsp of blended ingredients, salt, sesame oil and chicken stock. Open the lid and put the chicken inside the pot. Select [STEAM] on the H10 and set the timer to 35 minutes. Close and lock the lid. Once done, remove the chicken to cool.
Rinse the rice with water then strain once clean.
Add in 3 tbsp of sesame oil, blended ingredients and spices into the pot. With the lid open and locked, select [MULTIPURPOSE] and stir-fry. Once it turns brown, pour in water and let it boil for 10-15 minutes. Then add in the rice and select [RICE] function then close and lock the lid. Press [COOK].
Combine the chillies with the blended ingredients, vinegar, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce and salt. Then use a blender to mix it together.
Once ready, unlock the lid and put the rice together with the chicken and design it with cucumber.
