Pour all the ingredients A into the cooker and select by menu selection button to [GLUTINOUS RICE] function.
In a big bowl, combine water with sweet potato, add in coconut milk, low protein flour, corn flour and rice flour, mix well and strain into pot.
Combine eggs and sugar, stirring until sugar melted. Pour into pot to combine with previous mix. Press the menu selection button to select ‘MULTI-COOK’. Stir continuously and cook till custard starts to thicken.
Pour the purple custard into glutinous rice layer. Press the menu selection button to select ‘MULTI-COOK’ for 20 minutes.
