Use a bowl to mix the 3 eggs then pour 600ml water into the mixture.
Add in all the remaining ingredients then stir evenly.
Transfer the mixture to a ceramic bowl then sieve with a plastic wrap.
Open the lid, pour in 1cup of water, place the steam stand and place the ceramic bowl on top. Select [MULTICOOK] using menu selection button. and set the temperature to 120-130 °C and set time for 12 minutes. Close the lid then turn the handle to a lock position and press [COOK].
