Ingredients

Ingredients A:-

  • 420 gm Cake Flour
  • 100 gm Castor sugar
  • 5 Egg White
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 30 gm Condensed Milk
  • 10 gm Ovalette
  • ½ tsp Self-Rising powder

 

Ingredients B:-

  • 110 gm Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Essence Vanilla

 

Ingredients C:-

  • Coloring (Red, Purple, Blue, Yellow)
  • Hazelnut

Steps

    1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla essence until white
    2. Add in the eggs one by one
    3. Add in the condensed milk
    4. Mix in the flour slowly with a spoon until well mixed
    5. Divide batter into three equal parts, and then add different colouring into each bowl
    6. In the pot, add batter by alternate colour to create rainbow layers
    7. With cooker lid close and handle turn to a lock position, select Menu selection to [Oven] function. Press [Start/ Cook] for 20 mins.
    8. Serve cake.
