Nasi Briyani

People would go for nasi briyani when they want to feed a very large family.

Ingredients

Marinated Ingredients :-

  • 300 g Beef and Lamb
  • 1 pc Fried Onion, Sliced Half handful Garlic and Ginger
  • 1 Tomato, Cut and diced
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Stock
  • 1 ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt

 

Dry Ingredients :-

  • 2 cups Basmati or Briyani Rice
  • 150 g Pineapple
  • 20 g Cashew nut
  • 2 boxes Raisins
  • ½ stick Cinnamon
  • 8 pcs Clove
  • 2 tbsp Ghee oil

Steps

    1. Select [MULTICOOK] function by navigating using menu selection button, with the lid still open and press start. Pour the ghee oil and waited until it melted and the oil hot enough to stir-fry the cinnamon & clove. Add in the marinated lamb & beef. Close the lid after turn the handle to a lock position. Let it saute for 5 minutes.
    2. Add-in washed rice, pineapple, and cashew nut. Add water until level 4 following label mixed rice. Select [MIXED RICE] function using menu selection button, close the lid and turn the handle to a lock position and press cook. It will automatically cook for 40 minutes.
    3. For garnish add raisins to perfect the dish. Finally ready to serve.
