Ingredients

Blended Ingredients :-

  • 5 pcs Shallots
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • ½ inch Galangal
  • 2 stalks Lemon grass
  • 5 pcs Dried Chili (cleaned and washed)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder

 

Dry Ingredients :-

  • 500 g Beef (diced)
  • 5 cups Fried Coconut Paste (Kerisik) Optional
  • 2 pliesTurmeric leaves (chopped finely) Optional Spices

Steps

    1. Turn the handle on a lock position with the lid still open. Navigate using menu selection button to [MULTICOOK] function and press COOK, stir-fry the blended ingredients until its brown and fragrant.
    2. Open the lid and add the dry ingredients then select [MULTICOOK] function and set the time to 30 minutes and clsoe the lid, turn the handle to a lock position press [COOK].
