Ingredients

  • 1 Handful Kaffir Lime Leaves, Hand Crushed
  • 6 Pieces of Lemongrass, Smashed
  • 4 Inch of Galangal (Blue Ginger) & Galangal Stem
  • 2 Pieces of Anchovies’ Stock Cube
  • 10 Pieces Bird’s Eye Chilil, Halved
  • 5 Pieces of Shallots, Halved
  • 10 Pieces of Bird’s Eyes Green Chili, Halved
  • 5 Pieces of Cilantro Roots
  • 2 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoon of Fish Sauce
  • 18 Pieces of Prawn Heads
  • 10 Tablespoon of Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1.5 Litre of Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Piece of Oyster Mushrooms
  • 12 Pieces of Tomatoes, Cut into 8 Pieces
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt Prawns

Steps

    1. Select “Multicook” function on the 1010 cooker and prehear the pot for 5 Minutes and CLose the lid
    2. With the pot still heated, open the lid and add in oil and stir fry shallots and saute the prawn heads
    3. Add in water until level 6 as labelled inside the 1010 pot
    4. Add sugar, fish sauce and fresh lime juice
    5. Put the rest of the ingredients in, stir evenly then close the lid. Select “Multicook” function, set timing for 30 minutes and press “Cook”
